Consultant Psychiatrist
Dr. Rajvardhan Bhanwar is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 7 years of clinical experience across hospital and private practice settings.
He completed his MBBS at AIIMS Bhopal and his MD in Psychiatry at AIIMS Delhi. He received further specialised training in Addiction Psychiatry at NDDTC, AIIMS.
His practice combines psychopharmacology with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). He does not rely on medication alone when therapy can address the root cause. He does not delay medication when it is clinically needed. The goal is always the same: what gets you better, faster, and more durably.
He has worked with over 6,000 patients across a range of conditions, from first-time presentations of anxiety in college students to complex, long-standing psychiatric disorders in working professionals.

My Guiding Philosophy
Mental health is not a destination you arrive at. It is a practice you build every day. My role is to give you the tools, the understanding, and the support to keep building.
— Dr. Rajvardhan Bhanwar
Most people who walk in for a first appointment carry two things: a problem they need help with, and a fear of being judged for it.
Dr. Bhanwar starts every consultation by setting the second one aside.
His approach is built on one core belief: lasting mental health requires treating the whole person. Symptoms matter. So does the life around them (your relationships, your work pressure, your sleep, your sense of identity). This is not just compassion. It is clinical strategy. When you understand the full picture, the treatment you design actually works.
Dr. Bhanwar's clinical work extends into academic research. His focus is on conditions that are underdiagnosed and often misunderstood in the Indian healthcare context.
Research on the clinical profile, psychological triggers, and treatment approaches for patients with gambling disorder in India, a condition increasingly common among young adults with the rise of online gaming and betting platforms.
Evidence-based research contributing to a clearer understanding of paraphilic presentations within the Indian psychiatric framework, a subject that requires both clinical precision and sensitivity.
A testament to clinical excellence, continuous learning, and dedication to the field of mental health and psychiatry.
